Everything a service business needs to take bookings properly
From the page your customers see to the tools your team uses all day, here is what is in the box today.
Offer only times you can actually deliver
Availability is computed from your real constraints, not a single calendar.
- Multi-resource jobs. A service can require a technician and a bay (or a room, or a vehicle) at the same time.
- Buffers and duration per service, before and after, so cleanup and handover are protected.
- Weekly hours per person and per resource, with minimum notice, booking horizon and slot interval.
- Qualifications. Only staff who can do a service are offered for it.
- Fair allocation. Picks staff predictably so work is spread without surprises.
- Daylight-saving safe. Spring-forward and fall-back days are handled correctly in your own time zone.
Why it never double-books
The rule lives in the database: a resource cannot be held for two overlapping time ranges. Even if two customers click “Confirm” at the same instant, exactly one wins and the other is offered another time.
- Checked again on the server at confirmation, not just on screen
- Customers cannot send their own end times or resources
- Cancelled and moved bookings free their slot immediately
A smoother experience for the people you serve
